3. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is required in full before project commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge on the outstanding balance.

4. Project Scope & Revisions

Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions as part of the standard fee. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be billed at €75 per hour. Scope changes requested after project commencement may result in revised pricing and timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights are transferred to the client. VireonCreativeLabs retains the right to display completed work in portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

VireonCreativeLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal.
